This assembly is free-standing and infinitely adjustable so ANY client may benefit from its use.
It is especially useful in care home situations where it may enable a client to use the in-house alarm system even if their mobility is very restricted since it only requires a movement of 3mm to operate it. It may therefore be used for a variety of clients who come and go at different times during a respite care situation.
The Radio Frequency Distress Alarm has its own Sounder for extra mobility around the building or for use at home with a client who needs the facility in both places.
For the in-house alarm situation, it is supplied with a lead and jack plug to plug into the client’s room socket and its own alarm will not sound when used in that way.
